Two-thirds of Highfield is protected habitat conserving Box Gum Grassy Woodland - one of Australia's critically endangered forest types. Protecting this habitat is as important to us as our agricultural pursuit - raising great tasting lamb.
We raise Dorper sheep and offer our lamb from our paddock to your plate bringing the farmer and lamb lover together.
